EquityHires is a boutique executive recruitment firm for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) practitioners in Canada to connect with organizations that are committed to building inclusive work and learning environments.
We work with large and mid-sized institutions and organizations in the public and private sectors to place candidates who are passionate about the highly-specialized field of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion.

We work in an increasingly-complex legislative and regulatory framework, where employers and organizations are required to investigate and address issues of discrimination, harassment and sexual violence. Human Rights professionals are usually tasked with handling internal complaints, while EDI practitioners work to advance strategic inclusion goals to address climate concerns before they become the subject of complaints.
Working in the EDI field can be both a challenging and rewarding experience. What sets EDI practitioners apart is their dedication to equality and fairness in the environments where we live and work.
